Professional Generative Coaching grows the mindset and the practice at the same time. Through live sessions, peer coaching, and mentor feedback, you learn to build trust quickly, ask questions that open original thinking, and keep a conversation moving forward. The person across from you might be a client, a direct report, or a peer. The skill travels with you.

This is Course 1 of the Certified Generative Coach Program.
It is the foundation for ICF-ACC credentialing and your first step toward ICF-PCC.

What you will be able to do, stage by stage

Stage 1 · Foundations
(Weeks 1 to 7)

Learn the core of generative coaching and start using it right away. You get more resourceful in any conversation, pick up a simple framework you can use in everyday talk, and learn to listen in a way that helps your client see what they could not see before.

Stage 2 · Mastery
(Weeks 8 to 12)

Grow your skill and confidence with the ICF Core Competencies toward the PCC level. You learn how strong coaching relationships work over time, build client development plans, and sharpen through plenty of practice, mentor feedback, and reflection.

Stage 3 · Frameworks
(Weeks 13 to 15)

Put the full inviteCHANGE method into practice with your peers. A Certified Generative Mentor Coach, MCS-qualified, watches you coach and shows you your next level of skill.

This is the heart of Generative Wholeness™, the inviteCHANGE way of coaching.
Anyone can learn it and apply it with practice.

You practice for the moments that matter most

Each module gives you something to work on live, then feedback on how it went. Video instruction, curated articles, real case scenarios, guided reflection, peer discussion, and self-assessment with individual feedback.

You leave every module having coached, having been coached, and having watched your own recordings with a mentor beside you. You work with real situations and real pressure, alongside peers who want you to succeed. By the end, the move that once took effort becomes second nature.

Where other programs stop at theory, this one puts you in the chair.

30 hours of live sessions

Fifteen 2-hour sessions in a small cohort, one delivery leader to nine participants at most.

12 Learning Labs

Direct skill practice with verbal feedback, counting as group mentor coaching toward your ICF certification.

20 peer-pair sessions

You work with the same partner over time, applying your contracting and development-planning tools. Coach-role time counts toward your Client Coaching Hours Log.

9 peer-triad sessions

With written observed-coaching feedback from a delivery leader. Four of these satisfy four of your six required feedback sessions.

3 individual mentor coaching sessions

Each recorded, each tailored to your development, timed to your growing client hours.

18 hours of self-paced courses and assignments

That anchor each skill as you build it.
Direct client application from around Session 8, so your first paying relationships begin inside the program.

Course 1 · Professional Generative Coaching

60 hours, ICF Level 1 complete. You coach with real skill and know exactly why it works.

At 100 client coaching hours with 8 or more clients

You become eligible to apply for ICF-ACC. Your first global credential, the proof clients look for before they say yes.

Course 2 · Be Generative As Coach

70 hours, completes ICF Level 2, developing toward PCC. You coach at a depth that seasoned leaders seek out and remember.

At 500 client coaching hours with 25 or more clients

You become eligible to apply for ICF-PCC. A recognized professional coach, with the reputation and clients to match.

Six months of live sessions is a real ask on your calendar. We get it!  The coaches who get the most out of this are the ones who look at their week, decide it matters, and hold the time.


You already know how this works. You ask your clients to commit to their own growth and protect the space for it. This is you doing that for yourself.

And the schedule is built for a working life. Two hours every other week, one morning or one evening, with dates you can see months out and plan around.

Sessions meet weekly for two hours. Choose the time that fits your life:
