You practice methods for gathering team effectiveness data, shaping a useful coaching plan, and turning a breakdown into the breakthrough that activates a team’s synergy.

Culture dynamics and the climate a leader generates shape what becomes possible in a room, long before a coach arrives. Work only with the people and the same patterns return.

System Level Influence takes you into that layer. You learn to notice and name where a team breaks down, gather real data on team effectiveness, and build a coaching plan the system can actually support.

This is Step 2 of three, applying what you built in Foundations to live client work.

What you develop

Read culture and climate.

You understand how culture dynamics and leader-generated climate influence team effectiveness, so you know what you are working with before you begin.

Name the breakdown, generate the breakthrough.

You learn to notice and name the sources of breakdown in a team, and how to open the breakthrough that activates its synergy.

Work from real data.

You practice methods for collecting team effectiveness data that supports a useful coaching plan, and for measuring progress as the engagement runs.

Coach the system and the whole team moves. This is where the deeper patterns in a team finally become workable.

You apply this with a real team, while you learn

This step is built around client application. Your assignments run against a team you are engaged with: a Culture and Power Dynamics case study, an Eco-System Assessment, and Mapping the Team.

Three individual mentoring sessions run alongside, giving you time to tailor your offer and invite a new team coaching client to contract with you, based on what you are learning.

Every other Monday, with 60 to 75 minutes of preparation before each one.

Applied to a real team, so the theory lands in a live engagement.

Completed after six hours of real team coaching experience.

Get Ready to Make Time

Three months of sessions every other Monday is a real ask on a working calendar. We get it! The coaches who get the most from it are the ones who look at their week, decide it matters, and hold the time.

You already know how this works. You ask the teams you serve to protect the space for their own growth. This is you doing that for yourself.

Plan for about 3.2 hours a week, the heaviest of the three steps, since client application runs alongside the sessions.

Sessions meet Mondays for two hours. Choose the time that fits your life:
