You have the fundamentals. What comes next is the depth that lets you stay useful when a conversation turns complex, and the confidence to build a practice around it.

Be Generative As Coach develops both at once. You see your growth in real time through developmental mentor coaching three times across the live courses, verbal feedback in Learning Labs, and written observed-coaching feedback at least four times through peer triad practice. You always know what to strengthen next.

This is Course 2 of the Certified Generative Coach Program. It completes your ICF Level 2 accredited education and develops you toward ICF-PCC.

What you will be able to do, stage by stage

Stage 1 · Be Coach Personally Grounded (Weeks 1 to 7)

Open a receptive mindset for new ways of approaching, perceiving, and communicating. Tap your own wisdom and translate it into forward action, claim the traits that are your essence, and foster wholeness and balance in your life.

Stage 2 · Deliver Coaching Professionally
(Weeks 8 to 12)

Establish agreements with any prospective client, identify your ideal client group and construct your offer, build a financial model you can manage, and develop a professional brand that makes prospective clients feel welcomed.

Stage 3 · Artful Generative Coaching in Practice (Weeks 13 to 16)

Observe ICF Core Competency demonstration integrated with generative methods, give and receive reflective feedback, and polish your mindset and skill into natural, confident, relationally focused coaching at the PCC level.

This is the heart of Generative Wholeness™, the inviteCHANGE way of coaching.
Anyone can learn it and apply it with practice.

Sixteen 2-hour sessions, four weekly then twelve bi-weekly, in a small cohort.

Learning Labs about every three weeks

Direct practice with verbal feedback, counting as your 7 group mentor coaching hours toward ICF certification.

3 individual mentor coaching sessions

Each one is 60 minutes of preparation, 60 minutes with a Certified Mentor Coach, and 30 minutes of self-reflection.

Weekly peer coaching in pairs

Self-scheduled practice through weeks 5 and 7, 9 and 12, and 13 to 16. Coach-role time counts toward your Client Coaching Hours Log.

18 hours of self-paced courses and assignments

Including ICF Core Competency Insights, written case study, transcript annotation, and ethics analysis.

Get Ready to Make Time

Seven months of live sessions, breaks included, is a real ask on your calendar. We get it! The coaches who get the most out of this are the ones who look at their week, decide it matters, and hold the time.

You already know how this works. You ask your clients to commit to their own growth and protect the space for it. This is you doing that for yourself.

And the schedule is built for a working life. Two hours a week to start, then every other week, one morning or one evening, with dates you can see months out and plan around. Expect about 11 hours a week on average across all elements, rising from around 8 to 13 as you begin coaching your own clients.

Sessions meet weekly for two hours. Choose the time that fits your life:
